Due to the perishable nature of our gourmet licorice, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for food products once they have shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.

    Send an email to our customer care team with your order number and photos; we aim to review all food safety claims within 48 hours.

    Resolution Process

    Once your claim is approved, we will immediately initiate a replacement shipment or issue a credit to your account at no additional cost.
